I believe they fit the Holosun, not sure about the Sig.

Just a heads up these do fit the Sig Romeo 5 micros. Which makes sense because I believe they’re manufactured by Holosun.

"Kodiak" Pardini SP bases for Aimpoint

Post by Dipnet on 10/29/2018, 2:40 am

Is anybody using KC Crawford's mount on their SP Bullseye model with the 32 ACP conversion? Specifically, does this mount hold the red dot stationary under the mighty recoil of the 32 ACP? (Elmer Keith now spinning in grave).

I like the Aimpoint H2 because they do not exhibit flair around the red dot, which I regularly experience with my Matchdot II sight. Sometimes the flair is so bad that I have a hard time figuring where actual dot is. I keep my scope lenses clean using lens tissue and appropriate cleaner but I still experience the flair, especially after transporting pistol from air-conditioned home to range in Florida summer temperatures. I have tried putting pistol box in truck night before to acclimate to temperature differential and even turn the pistol sight (at a low setting) on to warm scope up before leaving house for half-hour drive to range.

I do not have this problem with the Aimpoint on my 1911. I have read that the flair results from the parallax being set at ~15 yards in the Matchdot II; the problem seems less if I don't wear my 0.5 diopter shooting glasses.

It appears that the Kodiak mount (now made by someone else) uses two screws to tighten the mount to the frame. Any comments appreciated. dipnet

Holosun and Aimpoint Micro of the same design do share a base pattern, at least mine do.
