Apps for timed and rapid fire instructions?

Hi!

Can anyone recomend an app that duplicates the range instructions for timed and rapid fire? The Range Officer Range Timer is ridiculously expensive. I downloaded the ones from the Encyclopedia of Bullseye, but wonder if there are other options out there.

There is an app called Bullseye Range Commands  that has Time and rapid fire 
 I have an iPhone.
