I currently have only high velocity ammo available due to ammo shortage. Would it be safe to use them in my Hammerli Sp20 RRS 22lr?

I have used the chart below with good results in my S&W 41 and HS when looking for ammo that would funtion and not beat the gun to death. I just look at the ME of what I'm shooting and compare it to what I want to shoot. This has worked well for me and might be a bit of help to you with your Hammerli.
