The Elusive 100

Post by SMBeyer on Sun Jun 16, 2013 9:21 am

We had our second match of the year at our club where I am match director.  Me and several others worked very hard at repairing the turning target system and just generally improving the range for the matches.  Our range hasn't had outdoor matches in 7 years but they are up and running and are being well attended.

So in the midst of attending the range and tweaking the turning system I was able to shoot this.  I would like to thank everybody that was there for attending and signing my target.  This was my first 100 SF at 50 yds in 4 years of trying!

Way to go!  I've been shooting BE since 1997, and I've never cleaned any target yet.  A slow fire 100 is truly a great achievement!

Mr.Beyer;

Congratulations on the Holy Grail of B.E.
Having shot many T.F. and R.F. 100's the elusive long line 100 is what everyone strives to accomplish.
Hope you have many more.
Again, congrats.

Great shooting!  After years of shooting I've shot 99 once, 98s a few times, but never made it to the top.  You've shown us it can be done.

Wow! I am expressed.  Working a match while shoot can make it hard to concentrate.
