Nosler In A Revolver Empty Nosler In A Revolver

I want to play around with my go-to target load (185 grain Nosler at 780 feet per second) in a .45 ACP “revolver”.  I typically never go that slow with jacketed bullets in a revolver….I am worried about the bullet jacket and core separating.  Should I be concerned?
