Listfolk,

Does anyone have any information about or a photo of Charles E. Baxter?  He has won the Sectional National Championship more times than anyone, 4 times consecutively, 1987-1990.

Charles Baxter lives in Argyle, Texas.  Retired from competitive shooting 10 years ago.  Former photographer, musician,  now drives a school bus For Argyle ISD.
