Sight adjustment question

I have a question regarding a Burris Fastfire III 3 MOA dot sight installed on a 1911 cal 45. How much elevation adjustment if any is needed when moving from the 25 to the 50 yards using a SWC 185 grain ammunition? Thank you.

4 clicks max.  I would try 3 to start.

it depends more on the load, faster load less change, slower more, in ultradots 3-5 is the norm with most bullseye loads
