not sure why the link doesn't work. just search top gun electronic trainer. $650 is 1/2 the price of scatt usb.

Says works only XP and Windows 7 , that's a challenge I would call prior to ordering as Windows 10 will be out soon and I don't know if this will work on tiles based windows.
