Will send a PM myself.

Want to compare with the (probably) more informational booklet my Dad brought home from Perry in '62 or '63 or so...

I recently received the "booklet" and looked it over. Very little actual direction as how to build a match pistol. I do thank you for sharing it.

The booklet was ever meant to be a do it yourself gun building instruction.  This was the document handed out in the formal class put on by the NGMTU armorers for the state level armorers.  For it to have real meaning for you to build your own  you needed the best 1911 builders in the world to walk you through it.   FWIW The gunsmith's shops  I visited in the 70s and 80s are far from what I see pictured these days.  While the desired outcome is the same the path to the completed product has changed significantly.

Document not received yet.

Did e-mail to me bounce back or something? Since AOL bought Netscape...well, they don't play nice with others.

Please LMK. Sent PM 9/25 or so.
