VV N-310 & Nosler 185JHP--Chrono Speed?

Hello folks,

I used 4.0 grain VV N-310 under the Nosler 185gr for my Clark wad gun and wondered if anyone had chronographed this combination? It is an accurate and soft recoiling round. Just curious.

Do you use 4.0 grains N310 with Nosler 185 jhp for the long line? If so, what recoil spring do you recommend.

I have a 14lb spring in my Clark, but that may not be what you need. I believe in reducing the spring weight until the casings land at my feet, then using that particular spring. The Clark does this with the 14lb spring, but  another newer Colt needs a 16lb spring to do so. Only my opinion, but then, I hate chasing brass as much as I hate autos that do not reliably eject
