Fowler Automatic Progressive Reloader Empty Fowler Automatic Progressive Reloader

I'm just starting to restore a vintage reloader that was made by Fowler of Burbank, CAL probably in the 50s or early 60s.  Has anyone seen or heard of this?  So far I haven't found even a shred of information on it or the company.  It's obviously motor operated and is turned on by a foot switch (not shown).
