If you have that much spare money, get an ultra-dot (25mm) and a bunch of ammo to practice.  To answer your question, the aimpoint H1 or T1 Micro.

Don't spend the extra money for the T-1.  You're not going to be doing any shooting with night vision.  Also very strongly recommend the Kodiak base and shades if you go with the Micro.

Robert, I also made an assumption that you're looking at a slide mount.  Not that you couldn't put a Micro on a frame mount, but that puts the dot so high above the slide.

Robert,
A few years ago I sold all my Ultradots and have since replaced them with Aimpoint Micro H1, 4moa models.  I'm very glad I did as the Aimpoints have noticably less parallax at 50 yards than the Ultradots.  They also don't need decent rings that will allow the UD to come back to zero more easily.  I own 3 of Fred Tott's mounts for the Micro and they are the way to go.  If you have a good gunsmith you could purchase David Sams low profile frame mount for the Micro.

Well I can say the Army AMU removed the Aimpoint Micros because of problems. However they went to the Higher Dollar full size New Aimpoint with 2 minute dot

Oh, I have been installing the Micros ever since they first appeared, and have had zero problems.
The major draw back,is the lack of extension tubes and filter attachment.. A machinist can make those.
I also do a way with the factory base and embed the Micro directly into the rib. Lower and reduces the weight by eliminating the entire base and cross bolt.

Jerry,
I pitched that idea to some gunsmiths when the micro came out and they said it couldn't be done.  Do you have any pictures of that?

As soon as I get the shop open...darn snow..I send some pictures..The AMU also uses the Aimpoint 9000 which is also an excellent scope, but much, much larger, and heavier than a Micro. Remember, those AMU shooters are young, healthy, strong men, who are hard holders to begin with.. The average shooter is not going to like that big 9000 on the slide..That cycling weight, has to be absorbed by something... and that something is the shooter..When you have weight on the slide, the gun must be tuned and adjusted to operate with that weight.. Also, the supported shooters are almost universally shooting factory/commerical jacketed ammo, which is heavier in recoil and operates the heavy slides.

Problem they were having is Parallax for one! The zero was another. Normally if someone complained it could be the shooter but when 2650+ shooters complain they know what they are doing. A sample of the Micro was sent to the AMU and put on Henderson's gun. Worked great so they purchased more and they all had problems! AimPoint came out with a New full size version, I can get the model if you want! They have them slide mounted! P;us they are quite heavy but have a 2moa dot
No I don't pass rumors! I know what I'm talking about. No I'm not assigned to the AMU but someone I know very well is!

Good answer.  In addition to Jerry Keefer's response above, it appears that the questions have been answered.
Would be interesting to know what percentage of the Aimpoint Micros are having problems.  Would seem that Henderson and Zins got good ones and given the cost, they all should be good without issues.
The 9000 Aimpoints are cheaper than the Micros but wouldn't appear to be a popular option for many shooting bullseye given the comments by Jerry Keefer.

I don't think it's the 9000, I understand it was more expensive than the 9000. As per percentage, 100% except the one on Henderson' gun. Aimpoint was called and the said we do not have any parallax, they were told that they might not call it parallax but if you move the dot from center the point on the target moved. Other problem was one shooter could move the sight 1 click and it moved 1/2 " another 3/4". move it back again and got something else, no 2 were the same.
I can call and get the model number if you want it. It may be the CompM4. I was told what it was but I didn't pay much attention at the time.
Plus I doubt very much if Henderson will be shooting Perry the coming year.

According to you that sounds like a very high percentage.  I've got 6 of them that don't have any problems, that's 100% success, according to me.

I don't have one because I was told that they had problems so I really don't know myself. Again these guys are 2650+ shooters so they look at things differently. Also they shoot just about every day, 5 day a week, week after week. Might be the Micro can't stand up to that kind of use. All I know is they have been removed from the top shooters guns, they may be used to train other shooters, I didn't ask!
I do take all the information very seriously, you can't get a better source for shooting information.

The only problem I can think of or remember, is the base cross bolts broke frequently. That may be insurmountable to some..but it has been over come by Fred Totts' bullet proof mount or my solid base.
Every one of those Micros in the pictures are HM shooters, except one who is a Master, all of whom finished in the top ten or higher last year. These shooters are in the "mix".. They would have heard or known or also experienced an issue.  As I said, we have been using them since they were introduced, developed the extension tubes and sunken bases.. Not one issue has been raised. Not one failure of any kind.. These are not nurse maid, safe queens.. These guns see a lot of service. AND have won a lot of matches..

Dear Froneck,

I can't let this stand.  I'm not going to let you badmouth a product when you don't have first hand knowledge of the situation.  So what, we all know military shooters.  Everybody knows that Marines tell sea stories, and the waves were 100 feet tall...
Military shooters exaggerate.

Look Froneck, we don't need you to go out of your way to tell us all the things you've heard from all the people you know.  Stick to telling us only things that you have experienced first hand.
