Does anybody have experience with Ventura Tactical 45 ACP 185gr Moly Coated SWC Ammo?

Hello and first post from a non-native english speaker and new member of Bullseye-L.

I hope this is not the wrong forum because I am not (yet) reloading.

Three questions:
I don't know what effects moly coated has and if it is ok/bad/beneficial to use for bullseye?
Would this be good ammo for a newbie bullseye shooter who just got a les baer premier ii and fresh 13 and 16lb recoil springs for it?
And which of the springs for which of the grains should work?

I assume 185gr is preferred, but please correct me if that is wrong. The price is lower than Atlanta Arms and I am really not that good in shooting yet that precision matters much, I would just like the reduction in recoil to save my arm and shoulder some early wear and tear from all the rounds that I will have to shoot to get better and I like the pretty bullet holes that wadcutter ammo puts in paper.

It's probably OK to use However the velocity is higher than normally used for bullseye.  This will recoil like 230 grain ball.  

If it was me, I think I'd buy some ordinary ball type ammo and shoot that to get the brass so I could start reloading.  And for that this same outfit stocks and sells ASYM 185 National Match ammo.  Note the velocity difference between the two.  The ASYM has a velocity of 750 where the Ventura has a velocity of 910.  The ASYM has the velocity normally used for bullseye.

A former top shooter, Darius Young, tried moly coated bullets and didn't get good results. You'd be better off buying some Zero ammo. Zero / Rozedist seem to be very nice people and excellent prices, especially if you send in brass and get the exchange pricing.

It is not listed on their site, so I asked them for what speed they load their 45 and 9mm rounds and this is what I got:
45:
185 SWC 810 FPS
200 SWC 750 FPS
185 JHP 880 FPS
230 FMJ 790 FPS
230 RN (LEAD) 810 FPS

9mm:
115 JHP AND FMJ - 1155 FPS
124 FMJ - 1100 FPS
125 JHP - 1100 FPS
147 JHP - 950 FPS
147 FMY - 930 FPS
