Here is a long shot and it could be a waist of time but something tells me call Jim Henderson at Cardinal Shooting Center south of Columbus Ohio

Cardinal is north of Columbus... I am assuming the firing pin you are are looking for the 22, that one is likely out of stock.

Good luck on your search. A guy local to me stopped shooting his Benelli because of parts availability issues.

Jim Henderson's Red Feather Outfitters (Cardinal) is at www.larrysguns.com but the web page still says out of stock on .22 firing pins, alas. Ping him anyway he's a great source!

Others here have discovered that glockparts.eu in Denmark are willing to ship certain small items to the US, and they list .22 firing pins in stock. https://www.glockparts.eu/products/benelli/benelli-mp95-90-firing-pin-detail
