Camp Perry Pistol Matches

I would like to attend a Camp Perry Pistol match as a spectator.  What are the dates for this year? I would like to see a rimfire and a centerfire match.  Can I do it in one day?  Thanks for your help.

Bring binoculars, they won't let you go ahead of the ready line. Better yet, bring a gun and participate.

Make time to look at the trophy room.  They have all the various pistol trophys current and back through time.  It is free.  Vendor Row is special....but not free-

I would like to suggest getting a .22lr pistol and competing. You can shoot the .22 2700, and use that .22 Pistol in the centerfire match and 45 match. You will have much more fun.

If you want see a 900 shot with .22 and Center Fire in one day it is NOT possible! Each match is shot on a separate day. Only chance is to see the Warm Up Match where a 300 is shot with each gun. (.22,CF and .45)
 Yes you can shoot the entire match with a .22 but it will take a minimum of 3 days, 4 days if you want to shoot the Warm Up. Warm Up is Wednesday, .22 Thursday, CF Friday and .45 Saturday.

It's much better to shoot than watch. I've been twice for CMP day. I've arrived a day early to unwind from the drive and before the return trip. Watching is pretty boring.  Plan to shoot. You'll enjoy it more and make some good memories and stories.
