Your optometrist can make you lenses or you can order them from the interwebz.

You can also purchase a magnified lens from Champion's Choice. I just looked and they have a 1.25 option. $16 + shipping from them.

A few random thoughts come to mind.....

1. The Champion's Choice pre-made lenses are CR-39 and not polycarbonate material.  There are pros and cons with both but shooters should be aware so an intelligent decision may be made.

2. It has been my practice to inspect all lenses which my patients bring to my office.  As such, I've found human error in the labeling of the power on a pre-made lens.  In one of the articles written by Don Nygord, he stated that lenses are rarely what they should be.  He did own a lensometer in which he was able to check the powers of his lenses.  I don't believe it's that common but mistakes do happen.

3. The majority of my shooters elect to get the AR (anti-reflection) coating on their lenses. If one is serious to get the best possible vision through a lens, consider the AR coating.  There are about 3 levels of quality of coatings and this is reflected upon the pricing.  One of my patients who posts regularly on this site said without this coating, he sees reflections of his own eyes.

xmastershooter, lens material and coating choices sound like a discussion for the Equipment thread.

kjanracing and all others, the glasses are still for sale. If you are interested in the frames without the lenses, please make an offer. As stated in my original post, I will consider all offers.
