That's certainly a good price for it these days, but depending on S&H charges may or may not be the best you can do.  When I'm looking for Eley Target, I usually check these price-accumulator websites:

It's also worth checking the prices of Eley Target at Killough or Champion's Choice or Champion Shooters Supply
