Beavertail? .220 0r .250 radius? Empty Beavertail? .220 0r .250 radius?

Holding a new uncut frame that will have a beavertail grip safety installed.  The tangs have not been cut so now is the time.  .220 or .250?  And...  Whose part is the best?  I don't like the bump on the bottom edge.
