I have to ask.....

Why is most everything abbreviated on this sight ? Is it too much military training ? The exemplary knowledge of the subject being discussed ? The lazy finger syndrome ?
For a noob coming here it takes a good long while to figure out just what the heck you guys are referring to all too often.

I think it's just easier to type. Especially when some of the responses are lengthy. You'll catch on. You'll be speaking the lingo in no time! Mostly I do this on my phone so I'm just lazy.
