Volquartsen Comps.

Is anyone shooting a Volquartsen LLV barrel with a comp on it?

Yes, until I switch to a Nelson soon

I was until I got my Pardini. Works great. But make sure you keep it clean. Lead builds up heavy in it. I liked the little bit of added weight at the nose.

I have the SS Fluted barrel with the Forwaed Blow Comp on my Victory and really like it but I am now shooting the Nelson.  Don

I have one for my Scorpion. I took it off, mostly because i really couldn't tell the difference.

They sure look cool though!

They cut the sound level down a little and i can tell there is a little less barrel rise went I shoot benchrest.  It does look cool on the fluted barrel.  That barrel does make the pistol a little muzzle heavy I think.  Don

Well, I decided to go ahead and order the 6" LLV without the comp. The set up will be pretty light but I will add some weight if needed.  Volquartsen said it would shoot one hole at 25 yards.  I will be happy with.

I know mine would shoot one hole as 20yds indoors.  Don
