Ultradot 30mm lens covers

Post by tvphotog on 4/4/2018, 9:45 pm

I will have the gun with its mounted Ultradot scope out of the box for periods of time. Does anyone use flip-up or dual push-on plastic covers and where can I get them?

A picture to answer both parts. Or to be less cryptic. Don't use them and seem to collect them. I have ordered scope covers from Midway in the past for my rifles. They have a nice fitting chart so you can figure out what size you need.

I use a small Scopecoat on one and a small Cabella's scope cover on the other.  I prefer the Cabella's design (might have been their ecotech size cover).  https://www.cabelas.com/product/CABELAS-RIFLESCOPE-COVERS/1813062.uts?slotId=0

My grandfather gave me one identical to this. It’s slightly tarnished but it’s the same brush.

I've got brushes like that that I use on my camera equipment. That's a good idea.

Yep I borrowed it from my camera gear, I had a couple of spares.  Get a brightly colored one, my gun box hides the black one on me.
