To my knowledge triple K is the only place making new mags.. What You do To them afterwards matters.

Clark is probably getting them from here, a subsidiary of High Standard.  From what I understand, these are Triple K's that are tuned.  Out of stock right now.

The Clarks are poorly tuned if at all. They look untouched when I’ve received them and have not worked thus far any better than Triple K. Triple K’s work fine once tuned.

may i ask how they are tuned? my father has a clark 38 special and has feeding issues regularly. he sent everything to clark 2 years ago for a tune up and still has the feeding issues. I am wondering if tuning the mags will help.

I've got 5 new mags for my Clark 38, they all work perfect. Jon tuned them for me before I tried them, I think they were Triple K (Jon?).

Just a FYI,
I purchased one of the Interarms magazines a couple of years ago and fairly quickly the hold open tab broke off the follower. I traded emails with Mr Aronstein about it and the bottom line is he won't replace the follower.
I wouldn't buy another. YMMV.

Greetings,

I prefer the genuine Colt.

However, a friend bought some from Brownells...

They have been working fine, so far.

Cheers,

Dave,
Did they require much modification to run? At that price, pretty hard to pass up.

Greetings Andrew,

These magazines have the "split finger" at the front. I do not think Larry did any tweaking to them.

I know he did tweak an old Colt magazine with the single front finger.

Cheers,

Dave

The only thing I've ever noticed with the Triple K mags, is the finish is rougher than the original Colt mags.  I've used some steel wool on the inside edges of the feed lips to smooth them out a little, seems to help.  Other than that, they work just like my Colt mags, which have the same split configuration.
