Grip panel fit. Current production frame, per Series A frame
Current production comparability with older grip panels.
It appears that I am about to buy a newish m41. Don't know if all m41 hardware fits all production m41 frames??

Yes, the frame and mounting screws are the same on every one I have ever worked on.

I recently looked at some grips which had a note that they didn't fit all M41 frames. The notes mentioned something about the top of the frame's magazine cut outs had an angled shape which was later changed. I only have one 41, so don't have any way of confirming that.
Simple woodworking tools, some time and a few bandaids should be sufficient to modify any wood grips if your frame has the angled cut outs.
