Scott Pilkington used to be the gunsmith for the US Olympic team; maybe he still is. http://www.pilkguns.com/
 
If he doesn't do the work you need he should be an excellent source for referrals.  He used to handle a lot of target (firearm) pistols but from just looking at the site it seems he is doing mostly air pistols now.

Greetings,

I was going through a folder of old Haemmerli stuff that belonged to a friend.

Within the assorted documents was a letter from Lenzburg introducing Mr. Al Miller as a new USA Haemmerli gunsmith.

Does anyone have knowledge of this chap?
