Wollf has 6" springs of various weights for 1911 longslides as well as the calibration pack. See here: https://www.gunsprings.com/COLT/1911%20GOV'T%20PISTOL/cID1/mID1/dID1#800

They make a spring plug for a 6” that uses 5 “ springs
STI makes them and I found this from Fusion.

Fusion, Pro-Series, 1911 6 inch, Long-slide length 2 piece Guide Rod Kit in Stainless Steel. It includes a Bar stock machined Guide rod, end cap and hex wrench. The Long Slide end caps are designed with a special counterbore to allow the use of 5 inch recoil springs in a 6 inch pistol. This give you many more choices for recoil spring weights. All CNC Machined parts are from Bar stock, NO-MIM. These are Top Quality Professional Series Parts; Made from the best materials and processes available in today’s market.

I have a 6" gun, and I ended up going with the spring plug like David mentioned.  Mine was from Caspian . https://www.caspianarms.com/productdisplay/guide-plug-6-standard-hole
My gun never worked right with those long springs from Wolff
