Hi!

I would like to put the award and commemorative pins from Canton and Camp Perry on my hat and range bag, but don't want them to get lost. Are there more secure or locking fasteners that I can get?

If you look for pin keepers on E-Bay you should find some that use a set screw...think of a shaft locking collar.
