Talladega 600 Pistol Matches

Does anybody know how many firing points Talladega has for EIC pistol matches?

About 35 on the electronic target range best I remember

Well, I went there last Sat and shot a couple of EIC's.

Range 3 is the pistol range. There are 32 positions on the firing line. There are 25 electronic targets set up downrange, both at 25 yards and 50 yards. They had 17 benches set up to use in the match.

I thought I had asked a simple question, but it turns out it's not a simple answer.

Yeah we shot there this month also. I just counted targets

Pretty good turn out this year.

I was there as well. I'm not a huge fan of the electronic targets but it did let us score without getting out into the rain.

The sun can be pretty fierce too in the summer when you have leave the breezy cover to patch up target faces after a match.

Jason (Tim:H11) is being modest,,, he won both the 22 and service pistol EIC matches at Talladega with new records in both I believe..(he held the old records as well)
