Is NRA Distinguished Revolver Dead? Empty Is NRA Distinguished Revolver Dead?

Post by RustyJoints 1/19/2020, 6:50 pm

Is the NRA Distinguished Revolver program dead?
The latest points posted on the NRA web site are still from mid 2018. Sad
Is it really that daunting a job to keep the list a little more current?
The CMP manages to post points in a few weeks.

Might be time for a class action lawsuit to force them to do it?

I've emailed them at least 6 times since July.  I legged out at Perry and would love to get my well earned award.  No replies at all.  They are understaffed.  Solution?  Hire someone to help!  My customers wouldn't put up with that kind of service.

When would they actually have time or find the money to do it? Looks like they are busy.

The competitions office may be working on the DR backlog now.   Last week I received a couple of emails about approvals of a regional and state match I ran last year, so I checked with Beth to see what was going on.   She replied that she was trying to clean up the DR program and those emails were just some artifact from the computer and to disregard them.  If I understood her email correctly she is now going through the DR results to bring them up to date.   Hopefully we will see some confirmation before long.

"Compensation for top officials at the NRA surged by an average of 41 percent last year — including a 57 percent increase for chief executive Wayne LaPierre that boosted his overall pay to $2.15 million — even as the NRA sharply reduced spending on programs central to its mission. LaPierre withstood calls for him to resign last year amid accusations of lavish spending on legal fees, clothing and luxury travel. NRA officials and board members have repeatedly defended his stewardship of the organization. "

And all I'm asking for is a number to be changed next to my name on a roster.
