Folks:

This one is only $795 I assume it's priced low because it is an early model and not a two stage trigger? I don't know the model differences that well to be sure. The grips look like homemade pine grips too.

As low priced as this is I kind wish I borrowed one at a match and handled it, I'd be tempted to get this one to play with if one felt good in my hands! I don't think I'd give it up over the Pardini SP but I thought this would help someone if they are looking for one on the cheap! NFI on my part but good luck!

Edit:
Found another one with better looking Grips and two magazines!

I just bought a like new 208s from Simpson for $1795 and felt I got a steal. They were great to work with and shipped the same day as payment. I love my new 208s, I installed LGI/Rink grips and the LGI scope mount.

I called about the one in the OPs second link last week. They said it was missing a firing pin and they were waiting on a replacement.

They said the bore was in great condition.

Interesting, they did not list missing firing pin in the description, it was nice of them to disclose that before you bought it! The slide appears to have some rust. The first one was probably better except for the grips! One of these days I'm going to have to handle one at a match then I have an excuse to get another 22!
