Typical order of stages in 600 match
Is there any "typical" order of the stages in a 600 match? The rules aren't specific, and I'm aware that 900's have changed over the years. I'm developing a bullseye app and am curious if there's any consensus.
Are today's 600's shot as S-S-T-T-R-R, similar to 900's with S-S-S-T-R-T-T-R-R?
Or are they usually S-S-T-R-T-R, or in the case of 25yd indoor with no range changes, S-T-R-S-T-R (basically two NMC's)?
Thanks!

Re: Typical order of stages in 600 match
I would strongly suggest that any app be flexible enough to be modified by the user.
Both with user defined match/stage/courses of fire and order.
That way it is useful to any flavour of bullseye (and is future proof for changing rules) and other shooting disciplines as well.
Any course of fire has:
Range, #of shots, time, # of strings, target used
Would be really great if this is a timing app to be able to have the 7-3-7-3-7-3-7-3 ISSF rapid fire.
Once you have some way to define courses of fire (The 25M pistol timer app is good for custom courses of fire, but lack the ability to add sound files instead of just beeps), then matches are built. A match should be built from defined courses of fire or defined matches.

Re: Typical order of stages in 600 match
Most of these events are 20 shot matches
Match 1. Slow 2 10 shot targets fired separately
Match 2 Timed 2 10 shot targets fired in 5 shot strings
Match 3. Rapid 2 10 shot targets fired in 5 shot strings
A 900 inserts a National match course after match 1 which consists of 10 shots slow fire, 10 shots timed fire and 10 shots rapid fire with the timed and rapid fire fired in 2 five shot strings. It is normally fired in this order for convenience, really, as all firing is completed at 50 yards before firing at 25 yards.
