new grips for S&W model 41

Just received new grips from Dick Horton and can't figure out how to remove the old grips and replace. Looks like I need to remove the magazine release to slide off the grips.
All help appreciated.

Probably received the grip with both RH and LH panels bolted together for shipping purposes. These do not slide on the frame like a Pardini. Simply unscrew the grip fasteners an install both halves like the original factory grips.

Reach inside the magazine well with something rigid but soft and pop the grips off from the inside. They can go onto the frame a bit tight. Don't use/wedge something between the two halves as that can mar the grips.

Thanks guys. Once I realized it was two halves it was no problem. Now I just need to fine tune it a little to make sure I get enough of my index finger on the trigger since this grip appears to be a little thicker than the grips I had.
