Can you explain what the difference is between the 208 and what you are selling, a 208 International.
I see 208’s and International’s but do not understand the difference.
Does you 208 international have a two-stage trigger?

All 208 are International. Nothing special going on. Just engraving on the slide.

I am sure Jon knows more about the Hammerli variations than I. As far as the trigger, it is as single stage as they get. Not perfect but pretty close. It is adjustable. The slide has a matte finish, so it may actually be a 215, but I am not positive. I have read the 208 has a polished blue. I can provide more detailed pictures if you are interested.

My 208 International has a different trigger guard from the 208s, a single stage trigger, and a selector that allegedly changes the pull from 1000 grams to 1360 grams to make it good for training for ISSF Center Fire.

Selector? Where?
His question was 208's not 208s lol.

On the left side, in front of the pin the trigger pivots on.

IF your 208 international has a single-stage trigger than the serial number of the gun is less than 40335.
If is a 215 International with a single-stage trigger the serial number would be less than 67581.
This is my understanding of single-stage vs two-stage triggers.

That pistol looks great, but I just bought a Hammerli with left-hand grips and a red dot sight. Smile
