Hi Std Supermatic Mount? Empty Hi Std Supermatic Mount?

Is there a Weaver/picatinny mount that attaches to existing under barrel holes?  Supermatic Citation7.25" fluted barrel, Hamden vintage.  Potential usage with Vortex dot.  
Also looking for a set of Herrett target stocks.

I've not seen a mount as you describe, not that it means much Laughing
