Since I have gotten into this Caliber, I have talked to a lot of guys with revolvers in this caliber. One thing for sure, it will be less finicky to reload for.

I have used a 32 H&R mag with swl, just fine. At what 0.2" longer, shouldn't be a problem but to what degree of accuracy?

My S&W 16-4 .32 H&R mag 6 inch revolver with .32 S&W loads shoots extremely well with the correctly sized bullets. And a lot easier to get good loads than the usual WC bullets.
I'd try the .32 S&W cases and also the .32H&R Mag cases and see how it works out.

I also have a 16-4 in 32 magnum.
I'm still perfecting loads, but Hornady 100XTP bullets in starline 32 magnum brass seem to work really well at 50 yards. I don't have my reloading notebook here and cannot recall the exact powder load. Later.
I have shot factory Fiocchi and Federal 32SWL WC ammo and similar reloads - all good at 25 yards.
My gun came to me with a very light SA pull. OK for Reeves, but difficult to make the weight as an NRA CF gun.

Re: revolver 32 s&w l
I'm confused a little by your last comment.
The Harry Reeves Match references NRA Rule 3.5 (Any Centerfire Pistol or Revolver) in the 2019 Nationals Match Program.
MATCH 131: HARRY REEVES MEMORIAL CHAMPIONSHIP See NRA Pistol Rule 3.5.
3.5 {.... trigger pull not less than 2 1/2 pounds, except.45 caliber semiautomatic pistols not less than 3 1/2 pounds.}
So the Reeves trigger weight (and Centerfire Revolvers) is 2.5 pounds; which is the same as Distinguished Revolver trigger weight (Rule 3.3).
3.3 {....and maintain a 2 1/2 lb. minimum trigger pull,}

Ah, OK, I must have been mis-informed. I will get it checked before next season. Thanks for the heads up!

I have, but not for bullseye pistol.
It's chock full of kicks and giggles shooting steel at 25 yards with .32 S&W Long loads, though.

Manhurin .32 revolver
Many shooters in India use the Manhurin MR73 Match in .32 S&W l. A very accurate revolver with a superb trigger. A bit pricey but well worth the moneydanbullseye wrote:hi folks,
