You were probably in Bend. I've bought a lot of their seconds. I have never found any thing wrong except slightly off color.

These boxes are marked from Marvin's closed SM Gun Shop. 
I probably got them there as SM was only 3 miles away.
I miss Starvin Marvin and his shop.  I have known him since the 1960s

A lot more drive for me. So I stopped there everytime I was in the area. I wondered about the packaging. Nosler sells them 250 per box.
