Roze Distribution Empty Roze Distribution

As a repeat customer, I sent (with a Return Authorization Number from them) 1,000 pcs of 38SPL brass for reloading.
In October 2020!
Have not had a response by email, phone, snail mail, or text after many attempts.
Hope whoever has my brass makes good use of them.

Last I heard, they are waiting on material to make bullets.

Id imagine you will get your order along with the other 10,000 back orders when they get the stuff to fill the order.

You can try to call them just to make sure your order didn’t fall through the cracks.

I don't know if you have heard, but there is a really nasty virus going around, and it is causing all sorts of havoc. Wonder if your delayed order is a result of that?

I called in the beginning of last week, ordered 3000 of the 185 Gr JHP bullets and received them last Friday. My previous bullets order took considerably longer (months), good to see that they may be catching up.
Last year, before I started reloading, I sent them 1500 .45 acp cases to buy ammo under the brass exchange program. My order was in the queue for a while and in the mean time I started loading my own ammo. I called Roze Distribution, asked for my brass back. They sent it to me free of change and even deprimed. 

I always had a very positive experience dealing with these folks.

I see this all of the time. A well established business, with great customer service, gets one complaint and the one complaint seems to get much more weight than it deserves. It's mostly due to the "silent majority" of satisfied customers not sounding off, because...because they are content.

Well, the tone of your OP certainly wasn’t very positive.  Roze is run by humans and humans make mistakes.  Other people have had different experiences.   Every loading company is weeks behind even if they can get components.

I wouldn't exactly be thrilled if I had gone through the proper process to obtain an RMA for the return brass then when asking for an update 9 months later got no response via email, snail mail and text. If they can't handle the order volume they shouldn't take the orders in the first place. I buy Zero bullets through Terry at Magnus but don't think he distributes their loaded ammo. 

I find nothing wrong with your tone or message, just sharing your experience. Just because others have had better luck communicating with them doesn't immediately make you a liar. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Zane, I see nothing wrong with jwax's post he was just sharing his experience. I love Roze Distribution, but I had the same experience as jwax during this COVID era. I ordered exchange loaded .45acp ammo from Roze in October and never heard anything from Roze . . . unless I called them. They do answer their phones and are always very nice and always try to be helpful, but they are terrible at being able to keep up with e-mail. While I was waiting for them to fill my order, I called and changed my order from LSWC to JHP's and finally received my loaded ammo in June. So hopefully they are beginning to catch up!

I have gotten a few orders from Roze during the pandemic and recentlysome .38. Just bullets though and not loaded ammo. I always call and they say upfront they're way behind. Everything seems to be behind these days
