Now they’re sold again.  To me.  Seller replied quickly to my question and said the first buyer backed out. 

Fingers crossed but nice folks on the phone, except they don’t pronounce their “r”s.  R sounds like “aaa” at the doctors office.

East Bridgewater, MA, according to the ad--that would explain the accent.

Again, they were the nicest folks and we were able to understand each other, but  as they say down here, “boy howdy did they ever” have Massachusetts accents.  

Sounded like they’d been there since the Mayflower.
