Have a nice factory LH grip, nearly perfect except for some scratches behind trigger and on inside where adjuster screws ride. Size M.

$120 shipped.

I was wondering if you could give me your opinion. I'm considering MG2 for Bullseye but after talking with Kang he made it sound like the pistol was unreliable? I'm leaning towards the Pardini Bullseye but the price is much cheaper for the MG2. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I have only run a few boxes through mine but I absolutely love it, no jams with CCI standard or SK. Probably a better question for Jon or someone who has been shooting one for a while.

Andrew got his MG2 from me in a trade, I shot only about 300 rounds of various ammo through it. Did well with several kinds and not so good with a couple, of course that was just preliminary testing with the gun straight out of the box. I gave him a couple boxes of what ran well. From what I've heard the OAL is important in getting them to run well. I think Kang had a couple customer get pissy when they didn't run like a top, that was likely before Jon suggested the modifications that were incorporated into the EVO model so think they run better now than legacy models. It is a bit funny as it sounds like Kang is almost trying to talk you out of buying one but think he's just trying to set expectations. At the end of the day I've found my "forever 22" which is a 208S, when you find yours the others lose their luster. So these were my Medium LH grips, only shot 300 rounds or so and was babied and lived in a safe, very good buy at what he's priced them for.

These guns are so subjective, a lot of people swear by Pardini's and the 208, I never really bonded with the 215/208 platform and never had much interest in pardini. Zane wasn't crazy about MG2, it was love at first shot for me. I also love the AW93 but i think the MG2 is even better. Maybe you should borrow one first? See if you like it?

SOLD Morini Matchguns MG2 Grip LH Medium Empty MG2 vs other standard pistols

I was shooting Walther GSP (two stage trigger, non Expert version) and Pardini SP (New/BE) for many years before i switched to MG2. GSP and SP were almost instant adaptation when I shoot them the first time. No transition period needed. When I got my first MG2, I thought it was a mistake. I was not used to its recoil and its grip. It took me 3 weeks to get used to the pistol. Later I realized that its grip suits by hand very well, much better than Morini's GSP grip and Pardini grip. My hands are small and longer than normal small hand's length. Unlike the GSP and Pardini grips, I didn't need to do any modification. The factory was kind enough to make an offset grip for my right-hand left-eye shooting. After using the MG2 for a month (at least twice a week), I realized it is very forgiving.

In terms of reliability, the factory has made good progress in improving the guns. Thanks to Doug's and Jon's providing continuous feedbacks to the factory. A few critical components in these guns involve manual processing. As a result, a very small chances that some guns may need extra adjustment/work after they left the factory. Just think of the Italian cars from the 70s to 90s.

Each gun is tested at the factory with SK (yellow box) or Lapua. These are a tiny bit shorter than CCI. If certain dimensions are off on some components by just a little, the gun will only shoot SK and Lapua. However, most of the new MG2 can shoot both CCI and SK/Lapua very well. As a result, we do our best to disclose the potential bugs to all prospective buyers so that they don't set their hope too high.
