Re: Which 9MM bullet?
I have had very good luck with the Precision Delta, Sierra, Hornady, etc. Some of the Hornady bullets are TMJ instead of FMJ. There are officials that would disqualify a TMJ.
My guns even shoot well with collet pulled surplus. Any 115 better than plated will shoot accurately enough in my gun to get points.
The cut at Perry most years is between 255 and 260. The P100 cut is 340 to 360. That's mid 8 ring to 9 ring scoring.

I use Hornady 115 FMJ for service pistol. Does an excellent job. Have been shooting high 270's.

Re: Which 9MM bullet?
Since your question appears to be concerned with the bullet's geometry (comparable ogive shape) and not performance, you'd probably need to get good pictures of each to compare.
Not many folks worry about exact geometrical similarity, so most can not answer the question asked (see responses).
If your concern was accuracy, I would say Zero 121gn .356" JHP is the place to start.
For FMJ-RN, I would go with Zero or Montana Gold first.
