Hey guys, I am tired of switching my 38 special dies and powder measure around when I want to load some 357mag cartridges.  I am looking for a tool head, powder measure, and possibly a die set if anyone has something they are not using anymore.  I figured I’d check here before I buy new.

Will holding my fingers in my ears while slowly chanting “do not buy antique reloading equipment that is no longer produced “ make you and Matt go away?

I believe you also were counseled to buy our books for $149.99 each. That might make us go away.

If I knew then, what I know now, I would probably already own a Star, perhaps in addition to my RCBS Pro2000.  A friend of mine wants to sell a complete Star system, maybe two of them, for 45 and 38.  Unfortunately, I need a larger room than the tiny closet I do my reloading in.

"“do not buy antique reloading equipment that is no longer produced".....

To me, the "antique equipment that is no longer produced" most of the time is of higher quality than what's being produced today.  So many comparisons, such as my 1980's Python compared to the 2020 Python, or machined parts compared to cast parts.  Back then, things were made to last "forever", not until the day after the warranty runs out.  Most of my guns are "old".  My car is "old".  My cameras are somewhat "old".

For that matter, I'm old too.   ......and if I ever bought another motorcycle, it would be "old".

It's different when it comes to electronics - in that case, "old" means "obsolete" or "incompatible" or "slow".....
