Steady as a Rock! Empty Steady as a Rock!

Post by Bullseye10X 9/21/2013, 1:12 pm

My hand was rock steady today!  After spending three months practicing, shooting over 1300 rounds, and installing a new VQ trigger and sear, I had my best shoot ever!

Not impressive by most of you guys' standards, but I am proud of my new personal best!  I just had to tell someone! Cool

Shot 3 rounds SF, TF, RF (X3) and ended up with a score of 704.  My best Slow Fire was a 77, Timed was 93, and Rapid Fire was 86.

Thanks for all your help and support that you guys have given me over the past few months.  I really appreciate it!

Good job Steve!  I know how you feel.  I don't have anyone to tell when I have a breakthrough.  My wife always says something like, "were the targets moving this time?" or "were the targets shooting back?" to make it seem like I should have been doing it this way the whole time.

Welcome to the 700 club.

Every personal best gives you a new goal to work on beating. Like climbing the rungs on a ladder every step should be seen as a victory.  Congrats!!!

Thanks guys!

A buddy of mine that was at the match shoots a Walther GSP Expert.  $2000 gun.  I out shot him today!  That was the icing on the cake! Cool
