Here is the same one now with a rail.  The original rail went to another gun long ago.  The unit itself appears new and unfired as far as I can tell.  No shooting dirt seen.  I don't recall ever mounting this one
I found the older Nelson rail this morning.  The sight rib would be available for added cost

The conversion shown, 2 mags, wrench and loading tool and extra spring,  $490 shipped assuming not AK or HI and legal.

FYI. All though my Nelson locks back, I’ve found first round accuracy is more consistent loading with bolt closed and slingshoting first round.

My Pardini and Benelli don’t lock back and have never become an issue.

Nelson units only lock back when used with the dedicated two piece slide stop. I don’t see it in the picture a few posts back.

The Nelson pictured does have the slide stop, 2 mags, takedown and loading tools, extra spring and buffer, and original case. 
It is brand new except for the rib where I swapped the original onto another gun.  Then I found the older rib shown.
I just talked with Larry Nelson.  The barrel is chambered with the bullseye chamber they used when this one was purchased.
I believe it is not been fired.  I have three total lust like it.

I think that will be after the current Nelson sale is completed.
