Ridged Disc for Gil Hebard scope mount

Does any one know where one buy new discs for the Gil Hebard scope mount system. the ridges on my discs are very worn and having increasing difficulty get the spotting scope to stay in the desired position.  

Also - if not available is there a workaround/ alternative that people use?

Is that basically a poker chip with a hole drilled through the center?

No. There's also a locating stud raised on the surface that prevents rotation.
