This is a new (unused or mounted) Aristocrat Tri Set steel rib for an 8" revolver. I don't think they catalog these any longer. The front sight is fixed, the rear sight adjusts like most any rear sight would. It also has the feature to have three different vertical impact settings, which one can toggle between with the quick adjuster on the right rear side. All settings can be finely tuned/zeroed.  $175 plus actual shipping from Northern Virginia.
