Which model pelican case for bullseye box?
I have looked at the posts about using a pelican case for a bullseye box. However, the most recent is over 2 years old and doesn't mention the size or model number of the case.
As pelican now has dozens and dozens of models, versions, etc maybe someone who has already converted one can comment?
Otherwise, knowing me, I'd end up with five or six of them! LOL
Thanks for any suggestions!!

To give you an idea, my old Pachmayr 5 gun is 18 inches by 11 wide and 14 inches high and much of it is wasted space.
What you need is a box to hold your immediate needs. What you actually need is:
A stapler and staples
A clipboard for score cards and a pen
A set of overlays
2-4 magazines for each gun
Your guns which can be in a smaller separate Pelican case
A set of screwdrivers suitable for adjusting sights
A cleaning rod and brushes
A small bottle of oil and solvent
A small spotting scope and stand.
Your phone can be a timer, adding machine etc.
As you see you don’t need much other than ammo….
For my travel guns I have a Pelican 1450 which can carry 3 guns and 6 mags. For the spotting scope and other sun dries a similar or smaller case is sufficient. The gun case can fit inside my suitcase for air travel. All I need is to round up the items needed for actual competition and I’ll be set. Right now, 90% I need is in a range bag. The 10% is ammo which I can pre-position if I need to travel.

I use a pelican air 1535 with a lid organizer. I specifically use it to carry the just the firearms (in soft cases), I can fit 2 wadguns, 2 22s, a revolver and a service pistol. I do feel like it could be configured in a similar configuration to the "international style" boxes. It does have a few mounting points in the lid.
For me the 1535 is really useful for travel as it is more discrete to bring guns to a hotel room and it has wheels. The air line is a lighter weight case but I have found it to be very durable, can also get replacement latches and wheels too. Also makes a good seat in a pinch too.

Pelican Storm iM2500.
Luggage-style retracting handle and rolling wheels. Currently set up for my air pistol but have the foam to make it suitable for bullseye. I drilled the lid for a spotting scope mount, which I used with 1.5" long standoffs. For air pistol, I just used the digital cam on a tabletop tripod.
Very handy and would suit quite well if flying to an event.
Lid support is $3 from Lowes (Item # 311972)
The upper "tray" is just 1/4" plywood cut to shape with 550 cord lifting loops.

Re: Which model pelican case for bullseye box?
Thanks for some great ideas.
I'm trying to make something similar to the old-school ones.
Way back when, I had Gun-Ho and Pachmayr ones.
