Converting a Manurhin MR73 to SA only?
Does anybody know anyone who could convert an MR73 to SA only?
No, not crazy - but a SA only revolver can be sold in CA with no crazy hoops to jump through.
Thanks for any suggestions!

It’s on the list of exempted Olympic pistols

Only in .38 special. Not the .357 magnum one. Already asked two CA FFL holders.

Look at this picture:

It's got a double-action fly just like a S&W. All that's needed is to tap the pin out of the hammer and remove the fly and it's spring.
There are a couple of FFLs in SoCal that will do this for you when they receive the gun from the seller, prior to you doing the DROS. I don't remember the names tough, but a search on Calguns will probably turn them up.

Yes, what black_talon said. For clarity this is the part to be removed from hammer assembly.
