The gun parts cleaner or the brass cleaner?
I have used the brass cleaner in the past it works well, I got best results with hot water.

I have the 2L? Brass cleaner. It's OK. Been working for a few years and never had an issue. I use it with the hornady case cleaning solution, 1:40 per the directions. If I did it over I'd consider a larger, more powerful unit not branded to reloaders. But I'm not in a rush to move up yet. Fits about 250acp per batch. I run them with the degass function (runs for 5 mins), heater on, 25 minutes on deprimed cases and then dry with a multi tray food dehydrator. All works well but not shiny polish or the most efficient process 250 at a time.

Re: Hornady Lock-n-Load Sonic Cleaner
i purchased a 6 liter model on Amazon, it was marketed/advertised as commercial quality...Its pretty basic but does have a warming circuit, a timer and a spigot to drain after use.
My Dentist's ultrasonic cleaner looks much more formidable, the model i purchased definitely isn't in that category.
I use it apx. 6 times per year so it doesn't get a lot of use but it works quite well and has held up fine for me over the past 5 years or so.
I use it for other things such as cleaning a carburetor, in addition to cleaning brass.
I let the brass dry out in the sun, though some use dehydrators to speed up drying.
I don't see the same brand anymore but it looks a lot like this one: https://www.amazon.com/VEVOR-Ultrasonic-Professional-Stainless-Cleaning/dp/B0D548MBZR/ref=sr_1_18?crid=1HIIVYRDTYC3I&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.p5k_ZPm9c0J5wxs3ffwk_ARkpi14je2ldzxvdpW2MueEy1Kj6SeS6DPLq85SiZfz9C5pOt3vJ4Ov-6J2MfSY2OBWyV2aNe3pCWVGk_xbUxY4CO4u-BkjKmqObM-5O5Efv0zvEHBUK_9MypJAdxMYeKh9_y0GRjmiK57UdJJkmypAHFGwEvqpbqlMvsVVxRm8AoKICwP8S2HJ23r3Nn8sEoUASwxGoRelY2TyFV4lEXQ.kl7JFzEOm7mZiMJLVfoBqcYnT5_Z0C-jdp9-4J8xN44&dib_tag=se&keywords=ultrasonic%2Bcleaner&qid=1735352708&sprefix=ultrason%2Caps%2C191&sr=8-18&ufe=INHOUSE_INSTALLMENTS%3AUS_IHI_3M_HARDLINES_AUTOMATED&th=1
