Magtech 38 wadcutter
Looking for some factory 38 wadcutter for my model 52. Anyone try the offering by Magtech?

I have. It ran fine. Accurate enough but your results may be different.

Re: Magtech 38 wadcutter
I've shot a lot of Magtech 38 WC in various revolvers. It is generally OK at 25yds, depends on the gun. Useless at 50yds with any of my several revolvers.
I would categorise it as economical factory training ammo, not fit for serious match. But, as always, YMMV
I found that the Magtech 158 LSWC is much better in revolvers, but sadly, no use for your Model 52.

I have been “Magtech-ed” twice at matches with the 148gr wadcutters—puff loads that hit 6” low on the B8 and off paper on the B6.
I swore them off. I went through 800 rounds of them over the course of two years (not just one lot; purchased different times from different dealers) and had a 1-2% puffball failure rate the entire time.
