Reloaded target ammo Q
Good day everyone! I don't reload, possibly in the future. I thought I saw some links to company's that sold reloaded ammo for bullseye shooting, or reasonably accurate stuff anyway. I'm shooting .45 ACP. I went through 500 rounds of Winchester white box and am now on my last 500 out of 1000 rounds of 200 gr lswcs from Quality Made Cartridges. The Quality ones cost about .30/round, they will reload your brass for about .24/round. Freedom Munitions sells reman FMJ for about .30/round. The Quality Made Cartridges seem fairly consistant for the most part, every now and then there is a light load. Any advice out there?
Thanks, Kurt

My advice is buy a Lee Progressive 1000. You can get them from Cabellas or Ebay for less than $200. Buy bullets from Terry Labbe from MagnusBullets--a member here, or anywhere else--
Here's the breakdown at high retail prices:
Bullets: $100/1000
Primers: $40/1000
Powder: $12/1000 (a pound of Bullseye can make about 1700 rounds)
Brass: Free--reused
Total: $152/1000 or .15/round
You can almost get your full return on investment before you finish your first 1000 rounds!

Also....depending on your mechanical aptitude...make a friend who reloads to shepherd you along.
Most everyone on this list will be happy to advise, but nothing compares to someone looking over your shoulder in the beginning.

NSK Sales at nsksales.com reloads some great ammo in all the center fire calibers we BE shooters use. I used his .38 DR ammo to get my Badge. You'll see with and without brass pricing.

Don't assume that your time is worth nothing. That goes doubly so for your assumptions about others' time.
Reloading can be an enjoyable hobby, for some, but it's tangential to shooting bullseye.
To answer the OP's question, I think NSK still sells reloaded ammo. Atlanta Arms maybe as well.

Atlanta arms runs 30.00+ a box if you plan to reload someday today should be that day, lee already set up for 45 is your best bet you will spend more than ifs cost in buying ammo for 4 matches

Zero Bullet Co makes good bullseye ammo. They're on commercial row at Perry every year. Rozedist.com

I too like Zero Ammo and bullets. Since it looks like you want ball ammo right now, here is a link:
