New this year to bullseye
First topic message reminder :
This is my first year joining 50 ft indoor at my club (at 49) But i shoot great scores in practice but i seem to become a joke when the buzzer sounds in a match. 270's in practice ,and in a match my high is 238 i never make top 5 any help?

There is also the South Shore League which has teams from Marshfield to Attleboro to Bridgewater and for a while included New Bedford. Then there is the Twin County League which has teams from Plymouth to Taunton down to the New Bedford area which is where my club, Acushnet, is. We shoot the Cape and Twin County leagues and they are both very active. I previously shot for New Bedford in the Twin County and South Shore leagues.john bickar wrote:Huh. I didn't even know there was a separate Cape Cod league. I used to shoot in the Greater Boston Pistol League,

Problem located in slow first five rounds in black then nerves started 2nd 5 not so good 2 didn't score then an 83 timed i slowed down but rapid 74 i was rapid so i did learn. I can't thank you all enough for your help even only shooting a 221 i had fun and got to spend a couple hours with a great bunch of guys.

You have to find something that will put you in the mindset that you will shoot a good TF/RF score. Something that will clear your mind and let you concentrate on "sights, squeeze".
